Franklin "Frank" Honey is a character in LEGO City Undercover, LEGO City Undercover: The Chase Begins and LEGO Dimensions. He is voiced by Trevor White.

Description[]

Frank has orange slicked-back hair. He has a large smile and wears a black police uniform with a white undershirt and a dark blue tie. The uniform has gold buttons and a badge of the same color.

Background[]

Frank Honey is a low-ranking police officer in the LEGO City Police Station, serving under Marion Dunby.

His parents are rich and own the Honey Hotel in Paradise Sands. Frank is a huge fan of Chase McCain, having heard about him from Ellie Phillips. He also wanted to show Ellie that he could be trusted.

Frank often unwittingly annoyed his acquaintances, as evidenced when he constantly dogged Chase McCain, chattering on, as usual.

Variants[]

Frank is playable in LEGO City Undercover and LEGO City Undercover: The Chase Begins, and is a non-playable character in LEGO Dimensions.

LEGO City Undercover[]

Frank Honey (Police)[]

This is the default Frank outfit in LEGO City Undercover which appears in the story. He can be unlocked after building the Model Citizen Super Build at the end of Heritage Bridge in Cherry Tree Hills and costs 120,000 studs.

Frank Poolside (Police)[]

This Frank is wearing swimming attire and appears at the Honey Hotel during Chapter 12 - The Con in Construction. He is unlocked by completing the Free Run in Paradise Sands and costs 80,000 studs.

LEGO City Undercover: The Chase Begins[]

Intern Honey[]

This is the only version of Frank in the game. His character token can be found on top of the arch near the police station. Break the bush to the west of it to reveal a grappling point to get up. He costs 200,000 studs.

LEGO Dimensions[]

Frank is a non-playable character who appears in the LEGO City World. He gives a quest in Kings Court.

Notes[]

  • Frank has a big crush on Ellie Phillips. At the end of the game, it is revealed she also has a crush on him.
  • Frank pronounces "computer" as "compuper", like Forrest Blackwell and pronounces “animals” as “ nanimals”.
  • Frank enjoys playing video games as he's seen immediately running to an arcade machine when Chase is tasked with waking up Dunby.
    • Adding onto that, he also references Metal Gear Solid when Chase doesn't follow him in the basement.
  • In one part of the game, Frank is playing a video game. While doing so, he comments about the game, which seems to sound like he's playing a LEGO game.
  • In Cherry Tree Hills, the player can find Frank in his apartment while doing the district's Free Run.
  • Since Frank has little intelligence, it's a mystery on how he became a police officer.
  • In one cutscene, he is seen without his jacket, however this version of Frank is non-playable and the torso is the same one used by Security Supervisor.
  • Although he appears in LEGO City Undercover: The Chase Begins, he plays no part in the story. Instead, Quentin Spencer takes his place.
  • Frank can be unlocked in LEGO City Undercover by building the Model Citizen Super Build.
  • The remastered version of Undercover reveals that Frank never completed the third grade. Despite this, one of the optional dialogue trees with him reveals he wrote a full movie script titled Super Frank VS The Ninjabots.
